Very simple process from start to finish. Sales representative was very informative. Even though the initial visit was 12 months before we were finally ready to order, there was absolutely no pressure and the quote was honoured for 12 months. When the order was finally placed, we were kept informed and the lift was installed 2 weeks later. First class service. Definitely recommend.

We were very impressed by Lisa, who came survey our needs. So much so that we were able to proceed with an order on the spot. Everything followed smoothly since then and the stairlift is an excellent aid to enable us to stay in our home.
