Not convinced this was a comparison website. Only one company phoned me and they phoned me immediately that I filled in my details on the website. Nobody else.

Sadly my husband died, 5 days after the stairlift was fitted! Absolutely fantastic service… lift removed quickly, FULL refund.. quickly…… not a mark on the floor or walls or carpet…. So very impressed with this company… they turned what could have been a VERY expensive nightmare, into something we could cope with. Cannot thank them enough.

I contacted north east stair lifts and they came out very quickly and fit the stair lift the next day . Which was great as I’d had mid foot fusion surgery and couldn’t put any weight on that leg . The lift was a godsend as I was stuck upstairs . I’d recommend north east stair lifts . Their service was fantastic

Very helpful when I called them quickly arranged for a representative to come out and measure up and talk through which would be the best stairlift as end of tale would be in front of door. When engineer's turned up they rang first very polite and quick at the install, the. Fully explained how it worked and made sure I tested it before they left would definitely recommend Stannah

PERFECT....Easy to deal with and a nice engineer gave gave us every comfort. The presentation of the quotation was a surprise. I have never bought a mobile chair before !! So yes I was please to hear what Stannah had to offer.

Customer services was excellent as were all the engineers we dealt with, original salesman sold us inappropriate stairlift told us we needed hinge by door which failed but after the excellent customer service sorted it out within days with a hinge less stairlift

I’m not quite sure what average means in this game. The offer of 20% off annual price of year2 and year 3 maintenance cover rattled my cage. I declined at the short deadline time for this. A few days later it came to me. We have no idea on a venture like this of knowing whether I’ll get to use it for a week, a month or a decade. There was no mention at any stage that further years costs would be returned in the event of there being no future use.

Not happy. Said could provide stairlift, technician came to measure up, drawings were submitted. Waited a further 2 weeks and numerous phone calls later to be then told, 'Sorry we can't provide you with a stairlift because our measurements are wrong and you don't have the space'.

Was very pleased with Stairlift Scotland very good tidy job with no problems would recommend this company had a bit of trouble fitting weather cover however with patience it is becoming easier

The stairlift actually exceeded our expectations: it was so easy to use and my husband was able to remain in contact with the whole family simply because by using the stairlift he could come downstiars and then return to bed whenever he wanted to. He found it extremely helpful indeed, and was very grateful for it.
