Any company can look good when things are going well, but only good Companies can deal with problems quickly, effectively and leave the customer feeling more than satisfied! My Mobility did just that! They took responsibility for the problems, sorted them super-quick and left me feeling valued and listened to. My overall experience is very positive!

Wed 25th. Chap arrived 10.30 and seemed competent but either forgot a piece or broke it so was unable to finish the job when he left at 12.30. Fri 27th. A different chap came at 11.30 to complete the job but then found the rail had been fitted incorrectly so changed that before he could finish the job. Then something else was wrong which he put right. He gave me a demo but did not leave me an instruction manual. He finally left at 1.15. It has NOT been a good experience! However, I do like t

The seat didn’t turn off all 90° at the top of the stairs I have reported this fault and I’m awaiting a response from your installation team my Caret does not want me using it without her being in the building which is restricting my use of the stair lift

Thr fitter was late and it was hard to contact the company to establish why. The phone call kept being disconnected. He eventually arrived about an hour or so after the agreed time. The fitter was pleasant and seemed to fit everything in an efficient was although left dirty handprints everywhere...not a big problem though. He did go through the instructions very quickly and mum didn't understand too well. I had to go over these again a few times with mum after he had left.
