Customer services was excellent as were all the engineers we dealt with, original salesman sold us inappropriate stairlift told us we needed hinge by door which failed but after the excellent customer service sorted it out within days with a hinge less stairlift

Very satisfied with this purchase thank you. It has given my mum a new lease of life as she can stay in her home where she has lived for over 50 years. She was really upset about having to move, but no more.
